These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bcasino platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bcasino. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wagers. By accessing bcasino, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use bcasino. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately closed and any funds forfeited.
Each player is permitted to hold only one bcasino account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bcasino. By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary policy, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account and use the bcasino Platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations. bcasino strictly enforces this requirement and conducts age verification on all Accounts.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the bcasino Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bcasino does not represent or warrant that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and are not eligible to use the Platform.
3.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the bcasino Platform:

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the bcasino Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. bcasino reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.
4.3 Identity Verification (KYC). bcasino is required to verify the identity of all Players in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations. You agree to provide any documents requested by bcasino for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your Account, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
4.4 Account Ownership. Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number.
5.2 You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bcasino will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
5.3 You must notify bcasino immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or if your login credentials have been compromised. bcasino will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
5.4 bcasino employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, OTP verification, and login activity monitoring. However, bcasino cannot guarantee absolute security and is not liable for security breaches beyond its reasonable control.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bcasino accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. bcasino does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency.
6. 2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. bcasino reserves the right to amend minimum deposit amounts at any time with reasonable notice to Players.
6.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your Account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days to process depending on the sending institution. bcasino is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
6.4 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. You must not deposit funds obtained through illegal means. bcasino reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on the source of funds where required by applicable regulations.
6.5 No Credit. bcasino does not extend credit to Players. All Wagers must be funded from your Real Money Balance or eligible Bonus Balance. bcasino is not a financial institution and does not offer loans or credit facilities of any kind.
7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose Accounts are in good standing. bcasino reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification.
7.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
7.3 Processing Times. bcasino aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within three (3) to five (5) minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
7.4 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. bcasino reserves the right to request additional verification where a withdrawal is requested to a different payment method.
7.5 Bonus Funds. Bonus Balance and winnings derived from Bonus Balance are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Balance before meeting wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
7.6 Right to Withhold. bcasino reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, bcasino may request additional documentation before releasing funds.
8.1 bcasino may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
8.3 One Bonus at a Time. Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a Player's Account at any given time. Players may not combine multiple bonuses unless bcasino explicitly permits this in the relevant promotion terms.
8.4 Bonus Abuse. bcasino reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, and exploiting errors or loopholes in bonus terms.
8.5 Expiry. Bonuses and free spins are subject to expiry periods as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited without notice.
8.6 bcasino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to Player Accounts.
9.1 All games available on the bcasino Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing Wagers.
9.2 Random Number Generation. All bcasino slot games and table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. This ensures that game outcomes are random, fair, and not influenced by any external factor.

9.5 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify bcasino support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. bcasino will investigate the matter and its decision shall be final and binding.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bcasino Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
10.2 bcasino actively monitors the Platform for prohibited conduct and cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in the investigation of suspected illegal activity.
11.1 All content on the bcasino Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and design elements, is the property of bcasino or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of bcasino.
11.3 The bcasino name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of bcasino. Unauthorized use of any bcasino trademark is strictly prohibited.
12.1 bcasino collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 bcasino may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and licensed KYC service providers where required by applicable law or regulation.

13.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform may request a self-exclusion period of between thirty (30) days and permanent exclusion. 14.1 bcasino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:
14.2 Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms & Conditions, bcasino reserves the right to forfeit any Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance held in the Account where such closure is due to fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct by the Player.
14.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting bcasino support. Any Real Money Balance remaining in a voluntarily closed Account will be returned to the Player subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable withdrawal conditions.
15.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bcasino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
15.2 bcasino's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15.3 bcasino does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bcasino shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability, technical errors, or interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
15.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude bcasino's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to bcasino's customer support team for resolution. bcasino will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through bcasino's internal dispute resolution process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
17.1 bcasino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bcasino will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
17.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.3.
17.3 The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available on the bcasino Platform. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.
